Maid of Honor
Evette is Caitlin's Maid of Honor. She and Caitlin met in 2020 while working together at the Shoshone Falls ticket booth in Twin Falls, Idaho. Since then, they have developed a close and deeply supportive friendship, helping each other navigate the ups and downs of life, love, and the pursuit of happiness. Caitlin has also had the joy of watching Evette and her husband build their beautiful family with their children, Noah, Aurora, and Joel.
Best Man
Steven is Robbie's older brother and lifelong best friend. The two share a love of cooking, 3D printing, gaming, and enthusiastically diving into whatever new project has captured their attention. Steven works at Tesla and is married to Alana. Together, they share their home with their two dogs and Alana's mother.
Where we come from
Father & Stepmother of the Bride
Kelly and Leslie are Caitlin's father and her WSM, or Wicked Step Mother, said entirely with love. Even from afar, they have always encouraged Caitlin to become the best version of herself by emphasizing common sense, intellectual curiosity, reasonably decent standards, and at least a few morals. In retirement, they enjoy designing model train routes, gardening, cooking, traveling, reading, and watching the Giants strike out. They share their home with three cats.
Mother & Stepfather of the Bride
Kelly and Lee are Caitlin's mother and stepfather. Lee joined the family when Caity was a hormonally chaotic teenager and helped Kelly maintain at least a small portion of her sanity through those years. Throughout Caitlin's adulthood, Kelly has remained one of her greatest sources of support and one of her closest friends. In retirement, Kelly and Lee enjoy gardening, beekeeping, participating in their community, and attending live music and entertainment. They share their home with two cats and their dog, Mickey.
Brother of the Bride
Kyle is Caitlin's older brother. They grew up together in Carson City as rebellious teenagers, regularly covering each other's asses and occasionally making questionable but memorable decisions. As adults, they have discovered even more shared interests, including gaming, science, music, and entertainment. Kyle works in IT for the Truckee Meadows Water Authority and lives with his longtime partner, Carleen, and their three little dogs.
Sister of the Groom
Kat is Robbie's younger sister. The two navigated living together for many years in Nevada and built a close friendship around their shared love of escape rooms, gaming, and anime. Kat is passionate about animals and is the proud dog mom of three very large, very loved dogs.
Aunt of the Groom
Cyndi is Robbie's maternal aunt and one of his favorite football-watching companions. They have spent many Sundays together cheering on the Broncos as they, ideally, destroy the opposing team. They also share a love of board games and quiz shows. Since retiring from the airline industry, Cyndi spends her time reading novels and keeping the family dogs active, well-behaved, and thoroughly loved.
