Please arrive by 5:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Valhalla Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe, California, primarily indoors. Some parts of the celebration, including cocktail hour, food service, and access to the surrounding grounds, may take place outdoors.
The ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, with cocktail hour immediately following while we take photos. Dinner, drinks, music, games, and celebrating carry on through the evening, with the send-off from 9:15 to 9:30 PM. All cars must be off the venue grounds by 10:00 PM.
We do not have an official afterparty planned. The evening concludes with our send-off at Valhalla Tahoe, and anything after that is entirely up to you and your fellow guests.
Garden Cocktail / Tahoe Semi-Formal. Polished but comfortable, with shoes that can handle grass and a layer for the cool mountain evening. Our wedding party will be in dark greens, blacks, burgundy, and dark teals, so we would love for guests to wear other fall colors.
September in Tahoe usually brings warm, sunny days and crisp evenings once the sun sets, so plan on a light layer for the night.
Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests at the venue. Please note that all cars must be moved off the venue grounds by 10:00 PM at the end of the night.
If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes, and please include your plus-one's full name when completing your RSVP. Our venue has a limited capacity, so we are only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation.
Yes, children are welcome. Please include each child attending when completing your RSVP.
Yes, the venue is accessible. Please include any specific accessibility needs or accommodations in your RSVP.
No, transportation to and from the venue will not be provided. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation.
Yes. All guests must RSVP through this website by August 31, 2026. Please complete every requested field for each person attending, including plus-ones and children. Need to change your RSVP after sending it? Just email us and we will update it for you.
We ask that guests keep their phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. You are welcome to take pictures once the ceremony has ended.
We will provide a QR code that links to our photo-sharing app. Guests can use it to upload and view pictures from the celebration.
